Nasal Dilator 'Revelation'....
A client with a physically blocked right nostril uses a dilator for the first time and hey presto!
He had air flowing through it for the first time since he can remember following an accident many years ago.
He can now nasal breathe when doing zone 2 endurance training on his turbo.
Next up, introduce breathing exercises to his runs and before sleep to improve sleep qual
Introductory Classes starting in January 2026 at Redbourn Village Hall.
More classes with focus on the subjects that you need are being planned for February.
