As most can tell by my accent, I'm from the North East but have settled down in Redbourn with my wife and daughter since 2017.
I was considered and certified as a subject matter expert in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain in a senior executive role.
I've got a passion for sport and healthy living, and my focus since 2012 has been with triathlon.
Building on a lifetime of experience in endurance, resilience, and discipline I bring passion into every session, ensuring clients gain not only results but also the confidence and tools to sustain them.
I aim to combine community fitness mentoring with specialist breath work coaching. The result? A unique approach that helps anyone just to get well or for beginners and competitive athletes to optimise their performance levels and to achieve greater aspirations.

GB Age Group Triathlete, competing at European and World Championship level.
4 x Ironman events.
Throughout my life and work, I've learned that I get huge satisfaction in helping people to improve their job, business or personal life. Helping them grow as individuals and simply to be happier and confident and proud in what they can or have achieved. It makes me happy.
I want this to continue in retirement by giving something back to the sport I love and the people in the village and surrounding areas.
